Certified Rolfer®, since 1995
I became a Certified Rolfer® in 1995 graduating from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado. I completed my Advanced Rolfing Certification in August, 2007. Prior to Rolfing I worked with a real estate Development Company who specialized in complete renovations of old buildings.
In many ways, Rolfing is like renovation. They both work on a structure to achieve a higher and better use of the space. In both practices, we make sure the foundation is sound and in balance so that the upper structure has the support and room it needs to be in alignment and rest with ease.
There is anatomy and there is mystery in bodies. The challenge I love is to try and work with both and figure out how they intersect.
